• Pilothouse Communications, LLC is a locally-owned and operated full service technology company with over 100 combined years of experience servicing CT businesses.

• Owner Jessica Riley's business philosophy grew out of years of working for other interconnects and telecom manufacturers - She became frustrated watching other companies not treating the customer in a manner consistent with her values. Pilothouse Communications, LLC was born in 2004.

• Pilothouse has quickly become a well respected, innovative communications company designing custom communications (Voice/IT-Data/Video/ Cabling) solutions to meet individual business' needs.

• The Pilothouse mission is to develop long-term relationships with our clients, to become a trusted business partner, to support and help grow our customers' businesses. We are not just "the phone people."
