Intelligent Dispatch:
If the trouble can't be resolved remotely, Pilothouse will dispatch a technician with knowledge of the problem. The technician arrives on site with the right skills and parts to fix the problem the first time.

On-Site Service Response:
Pilothouse has a team of highly skilled, Certified technicians that will respond to your needs, within 4 hours for a major outage. Warranty and Service Agreement customers receive our highest priority response and unlimited service calls.

Replacement Parts:
Pilothouse stocks critical replacement parts for all systems that we maintain, in addition access to our dealer’s large local replacement center in CT. Replacement parts are generally included under your Service Agreement.

Helpline Support:
Answers by system experts to basic questions on products, features and functions. Basic questions are answered quickly by our knowledgeable staff. Complex or customized application support and consultation is available at preferred rates and priority response.

Preventative Maintenance:
Semi-annual preventative maintenance. Just like you go to the doctor for a checkup, your phone system should get a checkup as well. We check your system for cleanliness and temperature considerations, make sure all of the systems software is up to date, back up the entire system for disaster recovery measures, and ensure all of your equipment is working properly, so it will continue to work properly.

Office Relocation

Is your business changing locations? There's no need to purchase a new phone system if you don't plan on expanding. Let us dismantle your current phone system and move it to your new facility. We will make sure your phone system is up and running for your first day of business in your new location. From wiring to programming changes, we can take care of it all.

Remote Administration

If your phone system is equipped, we can make programming changes to your phone system from our office. This will save you the expense of a trip charge if you're not a maintenance agreement customer.
